90th birthday!

I always try to create cakes that express something particular of the person that I have been inspired by. This cake was created to celebrate the 90th birthday of a long term Head Master of one of the most prestigious English boys school.

Buzz & Barbie

The most time-consuming cake ever, just Buzz took me 22 hours to be made!

I will never ask again "how you want your cake?" to a little one!...

Angel's Tea Party

This was an  assessment cake when I was at my sugar craft course.

We had to create a novelty cake, and this is what I came up with. It got the title of "best cake in  class" for its creativity, details and appeal.

Needless to say this is my favourity cake so far! Plus it was yummy, a madeira cake with coffee buttercream! It was eaten by a bunch of kids and mums... on a cold rainy day in London!
