His mum told me "It is important that I find the right person to bake the cake as my son has various food allergies and I need to know that the person baking the cake can take these into account. He is allergic to egg (but can eat items that contain completely cooked egg like baked items - though not in its pure form like in an omelet etc). He also cannot eat any form of nuts."

Am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. But if you weren't sure how much i loved Imani's cake, maybe my colleagues and friends will tell you when they start sending you orders. I had a problem keeping even a small piece for a good friend who wasn't able to come to the party - that's how good it was. Everyone wanted another piece, and another, and another ... Most important, Imani loved it and was very pleased with the SuperImani decoration.
I'll definitely be calling you for any future cake and pastry needs.
